The Early Days: Six Years in a Factory
I came to Japan as an immigrant with determination to build a better life. For six years, I worked long hours on a factory floor. That period taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and the absolute importance of consistent execution.
While working those physically demanding shifts, I realized that labor alone doesn't buy you freedom. If you don't build systems, you will always trade your precious hours for an income.
Building Operating Businesses in Japan
Transitioning from the factory floor to entrepreneurship, I built and now own driving schools in Japan. Operating a customer-facing, logistically intensive business in Japan proved to me that systems are the lifeblood of reliability.
Managing schedules, student inquiries, payments, and instructor coordination demanded automated customer workflows. By designing reliable operational processes, the business was able to thrive without me having to oversee every single minute of the day.
